Established in November 2013 Cidari Education is a growing education sponsor and part of the Blackburn Diocese. St Aidan's C.E. Primary Academy

We are a busy and friendly school, with lots going on. St. Aidan’s has the highest academic aspirations and, at the same time, maintains a caring, family orientated culture, with a high level of pastoral care. We are a school that encourages and celebrates a love of learning, where each pupil is known and cared about as an individual. We have created not only a school but a community of pupils, parents and teachers brought together by their shared dedication and relentless commitment to doing whatever it takes to ensure every child reaches his or her full potential.

Our school is a calm, purposeful environment that embraces all learners. We have the highest expectations for each and every member of our school community. Our teachers and support staff are dedicated, high performing professionals who go the extra mile in order to make a difference to our pupils’ lives.

Baines' Endowed C.E. Primary Academy

As a Church of England primary school, we have very close links with our local church, St. Paul’s, Marton and your child will have the opportunity throughout their life at Baines’ to join in with celebrations and services at church.

At Baines’ we are so proud of the achievements of all of our children, whether they be academic, sporting or creative. We offer quality first teaching for all of the pupils in our school and nursery and we pride ourselves on supporting every pupil, regardless of ability, to achieve their true potential. We recognise that each child is unique and has their own special talents, so as well as providing exciting learning opportunities within our curriculum, we also offer our pupils a wonderful variety of extra-curricular opportunities including football, netball, dance, choir and drama.

St Barnabas C.E. Primary Academy

With close links with the parish church and our dedicated team of staff, governors and parents, we take pride in, “Learning and growing together in a love-filled Christian family.”

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens.

St George's School - A Church of England Academy

Our vision at St. George’s School is to provide academic excellence within a caring, Christian community. Our faith nurtures a deep commitment to our town and its young people and the desire to see both succeed and flourish. A proven track record and strong relationships with our stakeholders encourages tremendous support and participation, especially from parents.

We see our purpose as inspiring and equipping our pupils with an education that provides the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in life and become responsible local and global citizens. We help our pupils develop a clear sense of where they are now, where they hope to be in the future and the journey they need to take to get there.

Spiritual, moral, cultural and social development underpins academic development at St. George’s and can be summed up as “Believe, Achieve, Care”.

Great Marsden St John's C.E. Primary Academy

Great Marsden St John’s is a one form entry Church of England Primary Academy, on the outskirts of Nelson. We are part of the Cidari family, which is a Church of England Multi Academy Trust.

As a Church of England Academy we have strong links with our local church, St John’s, and its community. The area of Nelson that we serve is rich and diverse which we value and embrace through our skills based curriculum and the daily life of school.

Nurturing our young people to become the very best they can be is our daily mission. Through our strong moral purpose, excellent teaching, good parental support and amazing children we fulfill this daily.

St Luke and St Philip's C.E Primary Academy

We believe that our school is a very special place for children to learn and we are always very pleased that parents choose our school as the place for their children to embark on the next stages of development and growth.

St Luke and St Philip’s converted from a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School to an Academy in May 2014. We are now a member of the Cidari Multi Academy Trust.

Our school provides a grounding in the Christian faith for all its children with emphasis on collective worship as part of its daily life. Christian values are built into the ethos and teaching of our school with the support of all Governors and staff for its Christian foundation. We also seek to encourage an understanding and respect for other world faiths.
